Notes from Our Service Experience

The following reflects what we have learned while supporting international patients. Appointment arrangements, services and fees can vary; please confirm current details with the hospital.

01

Plan ahead for appointments

Based on our experience, appointments are best arranged in advance, and the hospital is very busy across its multiple campuses. The main hospital app and on-site registration do not offer an English interface, and counters may not have bilingual staff, so overseas patients usually find it easier to arrange care through the hospital's international or coordination channel in advance.

02

Confirm which campus to visit

In our experience, the hospital's campuses are spread across Wuhan (Huayuanshan, Guanggu, Gedian and the Fenghuang clinic), and different specialties are concentrated at different sites. Confirm the exact campus for your appointment before you travel, since a wrong campus can mean a long cross-city trip.

03

A more cost-conscious route with coordination

For self-funded patients seeking a more economical option, we can help arrange care through the same channels used by local patients. Based on our experience, even after adding our coordination fee, the overall cost can be considerably lower than using a dedicated international service, while including advance appointment coordination, bilingual escort support and English medical reports.
